Mr. Sameer Wankhede The Zonal Director of NCB. He is supervising the investigations in the high profile Mumbai cruise drug case. he filed a complaint with the Maharashtra Police, alleging that two cops were monitoring his movements.
For the past six years, Sameer Wankhede has been regularly visiting the cemetery. where his mother has been buried, according to sources. Two police officials, who are reportedly from the Oshiwara Police station, allegedly went to the cemetery and took the CCTV footage to monitor Sameer Wankhede’s movement.
The NCB zonal director reportedly took note of the surveillance and has now approached senior Maharashtra Police officials over the matter. However, when he was asked about reports of him being spied upon, Sameer Wankhede refused to comment on the situation.
